We are looking for a creative, dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager. In this role, you will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing efforts and driving business growth. You are theÂ top member of the Marketing team, your mission is to create a great team around you and launch the company's Marketing strategy of the company. You'll be responsible forÂ defining and implementing our MarketingÂ and growth programs. You'll be able to roll up your sleeves to get started and have the resources to build a team, internally and externally, to help you execute the strategy you develop.

Principales responsabilidades

Your main responsibility will beÂ to lead the Conexa marketing team. This role will play a pivotal role in developing the companyâs digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

âï¸ Understand Conexa's business in depth andÂ define Customer Communication strategies.
âï¸Â Drive the evolution of our brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates and motivates on our target audience.
âï¸ Participate inÂ business model discussions and contribute to the development of the company.
âï¸Â Marketing strategy: Take the lead on creating marketing strategy & campaigns, from conceptualization to execution.
âï¸ Nurture existingÂ relationships with actual Key Partners. Create and develop new relationships with Partners.
âï¸Â Events / Trips: Build an agenda of events and forums in which to participate as an actor within the tech ecosystem.

Sales/Tech Events, Trips & Conferences: Planning and scheduling. Registration to potential gatherings, and creation of Commercial Proposals.

âï¸ Work aligned with theÂ Sales Team in the search for new markets to reach potential new partners.
âï¸Â Social Media Management: Design and implement the communication and presence strategy on social media: LinkedIn, Instagram, etc
âï¸Â Manage the Marketing budget. Full Ownership here.
âï¸Â Content Creation: Develop marketing content for different channels.

Requisitos Excluyentes

B2B Marketing proven Experience & Knowledge
4 / 5 years of experience in Marketing positions.
Experience in Tech Industry
Great english communication skills
Creativity and content generatorpa
Passionate about making things happen [hands-on]
Experience dealing with C-levels decision makers
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
