Job Summary

Join our team as a Full Stack Developer, a professional with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, capable of working on all aspects of a web application or software project. You are expected to be proficient in a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and databases, to contribute to the entire development process, from designing user interfaces to managing databases and server-side logic.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Front-End Development:

• Design and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the user interface.

2. Back-End Development:

• Develop server-side logic using programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.

• Design and implement databases, including data models and queries.

3. Database Management:

• Manage and optimize database systems, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and integrity.

• Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

4. API Development:

• Create and maintain APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to facilitate communication between the front-end and back-end components of the application.

• Ensure proper documentation and security measures for APIs.

5. Version Control: Use version control systems, such as Git, to track changes, collaborate with other developers, and manage code repositories.

6. Testing and Debugging:

• Conduct thorough testing of both front-end and back-end components to identify and fix bugs.

• Implement debugging tools and practices to ensure the reliability and stability of the application.

7. Project Management and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, other developers, and project managers.

• Participate in project planning, provide technical insights, and contribute to the overall success of the development project.

8. Continuous Learning and Adaptation:

• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in full-stack development.

• Adapt to changing project requirements and incorporate emerging technologies to improve development processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum: A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field

• Full Stack Development Bootcamp or Specialized Training Program

•  A Master's degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.

• At least 3 years of experience developing and maintaining user-facing applications, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• Certifications in specific programming languages, frameworks, or database systems (such as certifications in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or MongoDB) 

• Front-End Technologies: Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with knowledge of popular front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).

• Back-End Technologies: Strong expertise in back-end development using server-side languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java, and knowledge of server-side frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Ruby on Rails).

• Database Management: Skills in designing and managing databases, including both relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

• API Development: Experience in creating and maintaining APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for communication between front-end and back-end systems.

• Version Control and Collaboration: Proficiency in version control systems, especially Git, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other developers using collaborative tools like GitHub.

• Problem-Solving and Debugging: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug issues in both front-end and back-end components, ensuring the overall stability and performance of the application.
