Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of this thriving coaching business, managing various administrative tasks, streamlining communication channels, and supporting content creation efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a successful coach, gaining insights into the coaching industry while honing your organizational and technical skills. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining efficient operations, allowing the coach to focus on delivering high-quality services to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the coach’s email inbox, prioritizing and responding to inquiries
  • Handle communications through the coaching platform’s messaging system
  • Upload, organize, and manage documents and resources
  • Convert notes and materials into various formats as needed
  • Upload and manage content on YouTube, supporting the coach’s online presence
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support business operations
  • Assist in scheduling coaching sessions and managing the coach’s calendar
  • Prepare and format documents for client presentations and workshops
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in email management and digital communication tools
  • Experience with document handling, file conversions, and basic design software
  • Familiarity with YouTube content management and social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
