Job description

This is a remote position.


Scope:

  •  working 9 AM to 6 PM Sherman Oaks, CA Time

  • Based remotely, with consistent communication with the business owner

  • Potential for growth and development within the company

  • Initial training provided, including possible enrollment in relevant courses

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the business owner

  • Assist with marketing efforts and competitive research

  • Schedule appointments for qualified prospects

  • Handle customer service calls throughout the mortgage process

  • Learn about mortgage processes to effectively communicate with clients

  • Manage and organize sensitive client information with strict confidentiality

  • Use CRM systems and dialer software to manage client interactions and data

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and willingness to learn new software

  • Customer service orientation with a professional phone manner

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Quick learner with an interest in the mortgage and financial services industry

  • Previous experience in mortgage or financial services is a plus, but not required
