Automation Tester (Australian Citizen)

This is a remote position.

Australian Citizen who is able to obtain Baseline

·        Develop and extend a complex suite of automation tests in C#. 

·        Execute, monitor, and report on the automation tests and record defects. 

·        Use Azure DevOps daily for managing user stories, test plans, source control, and release pipelines.  

·        Contribute to the testing strategy and support the implementation of automation testing best practices. 

·        Be a contributing member of a multidisciplinary team using agile and traditional delivery methods. 

·        Promote web accessibility and test for conformance to web accessibility guidelines. 

Candidate Selection Criteria:

Essential

·        Extensive programming experience with C# & .NET for large complex codebases that follows industry best practices and design patterns.

·        Experience writing automated regression tests for web applications using browser-automation frameworks such as Selenium.

·        Experience in producing test artefacts and contributing to test strategies. Experience with agile software development in a cross-functional team.

·        Demonstrated knowledge of web accessibility and testing to guidelines such as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

·        Demonstrated ability to express yourself clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Criteria

·        Experience in developing automation tests for Dynamics 365 using Easy Repro.

·        Experience with distributed performance and load testing.

·        Experience with integration automation tests into CI/CD processes.
