Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and eager Digital Media Marketing Coordinator  to support the execution of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing to develop hands-on skills in campaign management, data analysis, and optimization. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager , you will assist in managing day-to-day operations of campaigns, preparing reports, and contributing to the success of the overall advertising strategy. Job Description: 
  • Assist with Paid Search Campaigns: Help manage and optimize paid search initiatives on platforms like Google Ads, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead Generation & Tracking: Support lead generation efforts by assisting in setting up and monitoring tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate data collection and performance tracking
  • Ad Copy & Video Concepts: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to draft basic ad copy and brainstorm video content ideas. Coordinate with designers for production under guidance
  • Campaign Data Analysis: Assist in compiling reports and reviewing campaign data from tools like Google Analytics, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize performance
  • Budget Monitoring: Help track ad spend across multiple platforms, ensuring campaigns stay within budget and contribute to improving ROI through practical experience
  • Collaborate with Content Teams: Work closely with content production teams to ensure ad content aligns with campaign goals, supporting the achievement of objectives
  • Market & Competitor Research: Help gather and organize insights from market and competitor analysis, providing findings to inform strategy adjustments
  • Stay Current with Trends: Actively learn about emerging digital advertising trends, particularly in video marketing, and share insights with the team to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms, particularly in paid search and social media advertising.
  • Analytics Proficiency: Experience with Google Marketing Platform, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Keyword Planner, Google Tag Manager.
  • Social Media Advertising: Familiarity with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
  • SEO & SEM Tools: Experience using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz Pro for keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Budget Management: Proven ability to monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Location Requirement: Willingness to work in Eastwood every quarter for team meetings and collaboration.
