Position Title: Business Development Representative
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Salary: Php 35,000 - 45,000

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Your Responsibilities as a Business Development Representative would be:
• Develop sales strategies to draw in potential customers.
• Seek new business opportunities, sales outreach and navigation.
• Keep updated about latest business trends.
• Assist the sales team with the generation of prospects.
• Initiating contact with potential customers through lead generation, cold-calling or responding to inquiries.
• Arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
• Arranging email correspondence and scheduling appointments and follow ups to potentials leads and clients
• Management on social media, newsletter, order administration
• Maximizing customer satisfaction
• Generate and follow up on proposals/offers to prospects.
• Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers.
• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing on client needs and context.


Qualifications as a Business Development Representative:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years work experience and strong record in sales, B2B lead generation, customer service, account management, cold-calling, appointment setting, or similar industry is strongly preferred.
• With experience with lead generation and a bit of background in marketing
• Good to have managerial experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Management on social media, news letter, order administration
• Excellent computer skills, including marketing software and applications
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Self-motivated and target oriented
• In-depth knowledge of sales performance metrics.
• Strong interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines with business insight.
• Adept at different social media platforms and has good research skills.
• Proven ability to present and communicate with varied customers and clients.
• Excellent listening and customer service skills, and phone demeanor.
• Proactive, coachable, and well-organized.
