Job description

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Promotes and builds ProRepair value added sales programs by contacting customers or taking their inbound calls from the queue and presenting them with the various sales offers available.
  • Reviews denied/impractical repairs to identify opportunities through the Outlet Center and Trade-In programs.
  • Assists customers and Internal Selling Teams with a variety of customer service and technical support inquiries.
  • Processes value added product and service sales transactions through the various ProRepair systems.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
  • Understands the ProRepair product portfolio and remains up-to-date on all applicable manufacturer and Henry Schein specials and promotions.
  • Monitors the performance of programs, customer satisfaction, and Field Sales involvement for assigned territory.

In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:

  • Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including Worldwide Business Standards.
  • Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to work with and establish relationships with Selling TSM’s.  Strong verbal/written communication capabilities and organization/time management skills. Knowledge of HS handpiece and small equipment product lines is preferable.

Experience:

2 years experience in Telesales or Customer Service

Other:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

The posted range for this position is $40,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

This position is eligible for a commission not reflected in the posted range.
