Brooks Laboratory Automation Solutions, our Clinical Diagnostic Division, specializes in the manufacture of small, cost-effective compact, flexible and scalable benchtop automation for optimizing pre- and post-analytical workflows in pathology laboratories, and has installations worldwide. 

We are looking for our next Regional Sales Manager for the East Coast of the US as we accelerate our growth journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • In consultation with the Sales Director, use your consultative selling skills to hunt new business opportunities and support the expansion of our install base in North America by performing laboratory workflow analyses, site visits and recommendations for appropriate products and configurations to meet the specific laboratory’s requirements.

  • Be motivated to meet new people, form strong relationships and become a trusted advisor for laboratories which will in turn grow our business.

  • Work with end user accounts and channel partners / distributors to facilitate effective account management and growth.

  • Deliver technical training to our end users, channel partners and Customer Solutions Specialists either remotely or on-site (Domestic and International).

  • Provide appropriate reporting to ensure traceability of problems, resolutions and corrective actions as well as escalation of product non-conformance trends and utilization.

  • Provide local and remote technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Medical Sciences related discipline.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Medical Laboratory Automation Solutions and Workflow analysis.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales or Business Development role in the Healthcare industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills (written and oral) using business and user-friendly language with a commercial mindset.

  • Ability to think outside the box to troubleshoot complex customer challenges.

  • A natural affinity for customer service.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven and well organized and able to handle multiple tasks with a clear sense of ownership and priority.

  • Ability to travel a minimum of 30%.
