Our opportunity:

The Sr. ABM Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in the overall end-to-end execution and management of Account-Based Marketing initiatives to drive targeted engagement and pipeline growth. The successful candidate will have experience creating impactful ABM campaign strategies, understanding target markets and customers, and a proven track record of driving growth through innovative ABM campaigns and channels. You’ll work cross-functionally with various global teams, which include our Sales team, Customer Advocacy, Field and Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations and Content and Creative Services, to help build/accelerate opportunities toward Enterprise revenue goals.

The Sr. ABM Marketing Manager must be an excellent multitasker and proactive communicator. The ideal candidate for this position will be highly collaborative, able to influence and guide decisions and account strategies, remain calm under pressure, and take decisive action when necessary. Additionally, the Sr. ABM Marketing Manager should thrive working in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Executing and Orchestrating ABM campaigns - Responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of cross-channel demand-generating marketing programs including webinars, digital marketing, account-based marketing, event promotion, and follow-up campaigns to deliver quality leads to the enterprise sales team
  • ABM Playbook and Content Strategy – Crafting tailored messaging and content strategies for specific accounts on various platforms, such as email campaigns, webinars, events, and digital advertising to maximize engagement and conversion rates
  • Sales Alignment and Partnership - Leading marketing planning in partnership with sales leadership to align on segment priorities, establish clear quarterly goals, gain commitment and buy-in for marketing programs, and identify areas of opportunity
  • ABM Tools – Hands-on experience working with various internal marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Mutiny, TechTarget) to ensure campaigns are effectively launched, tracked, and optimized. Staying updated with the latest ABM tools, technologies, and trends to keep our strategies ahead of the curve
  • Performance Reporting—Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization, including direct and influenced revenue, conversion, velocity, etc.

You will be a great fit if you have: 

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically in Account-Based Marketing or a related field, with a proven track record for successful campaign execution
  • Proven track record of successfully developing, launching, managing, and tracking end-to-end integrated ABM campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally, especially with sales teams, to drive alignment and prioritize key opportunities
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms and automation tools like Salesforce, Marketo, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Mutiny, etc.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment, comfortable with analytics and adapting quickly to meet business needs
  • Enterprise industry ABM experience (financial services, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, retail, others) with a solid understanding of the buyer’s journey and customer decision-making processes preferred

The base salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $155,000 – $170,000 and outside of those locations is $145,000 – 160,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
