Job Summary:

To perform as Scrum master for Automotive projects and ensure smooth deliveries in reference to internal and external milestones.

Resource should perform dual role as product owner wherever necessary. Also ensure to gain knowledge in the product and ask questions with respect to estimation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Helping the Development Team to create high-value products

  • Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress

  • Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed

  • Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood

Mandatory:

  • Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality

  • Helping the Development Team to create high-value products

  • Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress

  • Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed

  • Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood

  • Participate in Huddle, Lead PO – PO meeting (whenever required)

  • Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed

  • In-depth knowledge in Agile methodologies, SAFE, Scrum

  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies like Planning, grooming, review and retrospective.

  • Remove Impediment and blocker.

  • Help Product owner in maintaining the product backlog

  • CSM is required

  • Act as a Product Owner when necessary, while ensuring clear boundaries are maintained to avoid conflicts of interest and uphold Agile best practices

  • Certification:  CSM

Preferred:

  • PSM certification - Optional

  • Coach the team as and when required

  • SAFe Certification  SSM/SASM or SAFe Agilist (SA)
