Job description

The Job

The Junior Product Manager supports the entire product management process to deliver all collections on time that meet market requirements and are aligned with the stichd strategy by the successful linking of internal processes and creative teams. Product management is the multi-faced link and coordinator between several departments (Product Development, Product Design, Business Operations, Marketing & Sales).
This role is a supportive role to the product managers with all aspects of the product management process, as well as responsible for follow-up of some part of product groups within the brands throughout the GTM calendar & Critical Path.

Your Mission

  • The primary responsibility is to provide co-operative support the Product Managers in the broadest way as possible to bring the best line to market;
  • Support deadlines and maintain clear communication with all functions involved throughout the development process (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Product Development, Design, Sales, Data Management, and Marketing);
  • Support in the managing, maintaining, and distributing of all data of assigned product lines. Ensuring correct and on time input in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ERP system;
  • Develop an understanding of consumer needs and market trends through research and analyzing data;
  • Support in managing salesman samples demand, on time fulfilment and commercial preparations. 
  • Co-managing the collection critical path for SMU’s. Assuring clear coordination of all functions involved throughout the development process and being the Product point of contact for SMU’s within the organization.
     

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or comparable fields;
  • Ambition to learn market and retail knowledge in the lifestyle, fashion, and/or sporting goods industry;
  • Flexible team player with an open mindset & good organizational skill with the ability to prioritize;
  • Very good verbal communication skills as well as excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken);
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment;
  • Good analytical skills.

This role is based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.  

  • Our salaries are based on 38 hours per week, but fulltime work is 40 hours per week. Instead, you choose between a lot of holidays; 40 per year ór choose for a 40-hour salary per month with still 28 holidays. You can switch every six months;
