Job description

Who we are:

At Citizen Health, we have a singular mission: to improve the lives of the 350 million+ people suffering from rare and complex conditions. We empower patients with seamless access and control over their health data that they can share across our multi-sided ecosystem with caregivers, providers and researchers to illuminate better treatment and support options, while bringing therapies to patients faster. We support thousands of patients, work with a rapidly growing network of patient advocacy organizations, and innovate with leading biopharma organizations to accelerate therapies, always ensuring patients remain at the center.

We are a team of patients, caregivers, researchers and builders who have had first-hand experience across the spectrum of rare and complex diseases. Led by a seasoned founding team with a history of successful exits in healthcare and consumer startups, and supported by top-tier investors, we are a close-knit, mission-driven group seeking exceptional talents to join us.

We are seeking experienced professionals with depth of knowledge in the diagnosis and management of rare genetic disorders including registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and genetic counselors. Responsibilities:

  • Utilize clinical expertise to accurately extract and review relevant longitudinal information from patient medical records, maintaining high-quality and efficiency.
  • Support work related to quality assurance, pilot annotation projects, training materials, and abstracted data review as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards in all annotation activities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Citizen’s methodologies and priority platform, contributing to its enhancement through feedback, new feature requests, and bug reporting.
  • Actively seek opportunities for self-improvement and skill development to adapt to evolving needs and technologies, proactively identifying issues and potential solutions to improve our processes and collaborative work.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to assist in various tasks as needed to support the overall objectives of the team and company.
Qualifications:
