Job description

We're on the lookout for an Email Marketing Specialist who is ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into creating impactful email campaigns. You'll be setting up automations, analyzing campaign performance, and managing client accounts with a hands-on approach. Working alongside our team of strategists and copywriters, you'll play a crucial role in driving our clients' success through targeted email strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement engaging email campaigns tailored to target audiences.

  • Establish and manage email automations and workflow sequences to enhance customer engagement.

  • Seamlessly integrate email marketing tools with other software applications via Zapier or direct integrations.

  • Segment email lists to deliver personalized content based on user behaviors and interactions.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies.

  • Continuously optimize email content and settings for improved deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates.

  • Ensure compliance with email marketing industry standards and best practices.

  • Work collaboratively with the design and content teams to produce cohesive and effective email communications.

  • You are available to work during our office hours of 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Standard Time, ensuring alignment with our team's operations.
