Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
Manage communication via phone, email, and chat to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions and update databases as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to identify best practices for improving service quality.

Requirements

Fluent in Czech and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Experience in customer service, preferably in the IT or technology sector.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Technical proficiency with customer service software and tools.
