Responsibilities

Provide outstanding IT support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with team members to streamline customer inquiries and support processes.
Stay informed about product updates to provide accurate and helpful information.
Engage in continuous training to enhance your technical skills.

Requirements

Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and networking principles.
Proficiency in support tools and technologies.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Valid European Passport or ID required.
