Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate content or abusive behavior to the appropriate teams.
• Provide feedback to users about content decisions and help them understand the moderation process.
• Analyze trends in user behavior and content to suggest improvements to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent moderation standards are maintained.
• Utilize moderation tools and software to efficiently manage content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in content policies.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and strong command of English.
• Proven experience in content moderation or customer service roles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
• Strong analytical skills and capability to evaluate complex situations.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their content policies.
