Key Responsibilities
  • Assist German-speaking clients with their financial inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide detailed information and support regarding banking and financial products
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Educate customers about financial processes and best practices
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service quality
  • Stay updated on financial regulations, products, and company policies

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in customer service or financial advisory roles is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively
