Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Italian Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistant, available to work remotely from anywhere in Greece. If you are fluent in Italian and enjoy helping people in urgent situations, this is the perfect role for you!

In this position, you will be responsible for providing immediate assistance to Italian-speaking clients who require roadside help. Your excellent communication skills and ability to think quickly will allow you to deliver high-quality support to customers experiencing stressful situations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency roadside assistance requests from Italian-speaking clients in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate each situation and determine the best course of action for client support.
  • Collaborate with service providers to ensure prompt assistance is delivered.
  • Document all calls and services provided accurately.
  • Offer reassurance and guidance to clients while they await roadside assistance.
  • Assist in task management and administrative duties as required.
  • Stay informed on service updates and operational procedures for effective client support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, emergency response, or related fields is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and empathetic listening skills.
  • Ability to remain composed and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Competent with technology and software used in roadside assistance.
