Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality IT customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical challenges, including software and hardware issues.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support management system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective support delivery.
  • Provide clients with guidance on product usage and educate them about features.
  • Stay informed about product updates, new technologies, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in IT customer support or technical assistance is a plus.
