Position Purpose:
Serve as a liaison between IMA/Zurich and IMA TCM/FCM Zurich Nurse Case Managers to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
This position is not considering candidates from New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, or Washington states at this time. 
Pay rate is $16-$19/ hour
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Nurse Case Management (NCM) file audits.
  • Review and respond to Zurich RAS requests.
  • Review invoices and reports for upload into RAS.
  • Update financial trackers and process diary date updates.
  • Review outstanding report lists and billings in accordance with account guidelines.
  • Resolve any issues with report submissions to the insurance carrier.
 
Education and Experience Requirements: 
  • Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent with a background in Administration and Healthcare.
  • Preferred: Two years of experience in healthcare, especially in Workers’ Compensation, No-Fault, Claims, or Disability Insurance. A background in medical terminology or completion of a two-year college/business school program related to the medical or legal field is preferred.
