** This position will ideally be based in Austin, TX out of our headquarters office and be hybrid in office 2-days a week. Candidates based in other geographies across the U.S. will also be considered for a remote role. **

software company, we’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to join
our team and take our marketing efforts to the next level.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy for our
software-as-a-service products. This role is responsible for developing and executing
integrated marketing campaigns, optimizing the customer acquisition funnel, and aligning
marketing efforts with the sales team to increase lead generation and customer retention.
You will be expected to utilize a combination of inbound and outbound marketing
strategies, digital channels, and content creation to grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy
to drive awareness, generate leads, and grow market share.
Campaign Management: Create, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing
campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
Lead Generation: Optimize demand generation programs to attract and convert
leads, ensuring the marketing funnel is continuously optimized for performance.
Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content
including blog posts, eBooks, case studies, webinars, and white papers that
resonate with target audiences.
SEO & SEM: Manage SEO and SEM strategies to enhance organic search visibility,
drive paid traffic, and improve conversions.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key metrics across campaigns,
generating actionable insights and reporting on performance to key stakeholders.
Customer Retention: Work closely with customer success teams to develop
campaigns aimed at improving customer engagement, retention, and upsell
opportunities.
Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and promote brand awareness
through all marketing efforts.
Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product,
and customer success to align on product launches, positioning, and go-to-market
strategies.
Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and
customer needs to refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of marketing experience in a SaaS or technology environment
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing
campaigns
• Strong understanding of inbound marketing, content strategy, and lead generation
• Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM software
(e.g., Salesforce, Freshsales)
• Experience with SEO/SEM and paid media campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker with a passion for delivering innovative marketing solutions

Bonus Skills:
• Experience in scaling businesses or working with B2B SaaS products
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles as they pertain to marketing efforts
• Knowledge and experience in the animal health industry
