Minimum 2.5 years experience of relevant experience Strong spoken and written skills. Experience using standard CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce etc) Familiarity in common Google and/or Office Suite

Core responsibilities:

Manage project calendars, task progressions and research. Respond to customer, management and/or suppliers emails promptly, prioritize urgent ones. Sort task, ensure timely follow-up for conversions. Enter/update client, supplier, project info, maintain data accuracy. Generate reports from client’s CRM. Provide admin support, handle client,supplier and or internal stakeholder inquiries. Appointment scheduling for client stakeholders
