Purpose

We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our ever-growing Production team. This role will see you work across multiple projects.

Tasks include:

• Design and present solutions to key stakeholders, including the customer, SDM, CTO and team
  
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with other team members, as well as non-technical people
  
• Create and extend new and existing .NET applications
  
• Create and extend new or existing web applications using JavaScript frameworks, navigating technologies like React (Next.js and Remix) and/or Vue.js (Nuxt.js)
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  
• Bug fixing and improving application performance
  
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as attending daily stand-ups, sprint kick-off/planning and retrospectives, within an Agile/SCRUM environment
  
• Produce quality code
  
• Be responsible and accountable for the delivery of work that you have committed to
  
• Continuously improving your knowledge, at work and at home
  
• Translate user requirements into technical specifications and design documents
  
• Break down user stories into tasks and estimations
  
• Work in a peer-code-reviewed environment. You review my code, I review yours

• Follow security best practices and contribute to the development of secure software solutions

Our Tech Stack includes (but not limited to) 

• .NET 8 (API’s and background processing)
  
• Remix (UI + BFF)
  
• Postgres
  
• Intent Architect (A tool for removing a lot of boilerplate that a developer usually writes, and more)

Essential Skills, Attributes & Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a software developer using modern .NET/C# and cloud platforms. 
  
• Deep understanding of advanced language features, design patterns, and best practices
  
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, encompassing a range of technologies such as Vue.js (Nuxt.js) and React (Next.js or Remix). 
• Demonstrates the ability to work with modern front-end technologies, showcasing adaptability across various frameworks
  
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and proactively drive tasks and projects forward
  
• Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering an environment of continued personal and professional growth
  
• Demonstrates ethical conduct, professionalism, and integrity in interactions and decisions
  
• Demonstrates a level of maturity and experience which enables them to step up during critical situations
  
• Experience with Agile development methodology
  
• Experience with Databases
  
• Understanding of workflow-based logic
  
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  
• Ability to tackle intricate problems by breaking these down into manageable parts
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills - persuasively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
