Position Overview

The Territory Development Representative (TDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, scheduling product demos, and setting appointments for revenue generating AE’s through an Outbound motion. Utilizing an advanced sales stack, each TDR will be responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI’s to drive consistent, quality meetings for our revenue quota carrying Account Executives. This role will report directly to the Sales Development Manager and will be considered a highly visible position within the company. A competitive nature and strong sense of quality are all required traits in the final candidates.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Break into new business through high-volume prospecting emails and calls
  • Maintain Account-based Marketing/Sales best practices
  • Ability to work up an organization to get to the Decision Maker
  • Ability to hold an extensive pre-qualifying call with prospective customers
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Understand and overcome customer objections in an ever-changing environment
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 1 (one) year of call center/SasS calling experience required
  • Experience managing a lead pipeline
  • Detail oriented, extremely organized, self-motivated, and driven
  • Ability to use a consultative selling approach
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, call control and time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce Preferred)
  • Thorough understanding of power dialer technology
  • Strong understanding of sales process in both short and long sales cycles
  • Ability to communicate concepts to non-technical end users
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a face paced, ever changing environment
