Rain Bird is looking for an ERP Solution Architect to join our team in Tucson, AZ. 

The ERP Solution Architect role is pivotal in designing and architecting the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system landscape for an organization. The scope of the role includes design and architectural leadership, technical expertise, oversight of system integrator and strategic decision making particularly as it relates to our ERP Replacement Project as part of our Digital Transformation Initiative.

In this role, the successful candidate will: 

• Design and architect the overall Oracle ERP system landscape, ensuring alignment with the Rain Bird’s business objectives, processes, and IT strategy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and IT team to design the architecture of the Oracle ERP and supporting systems.
• Oversee the integration of the Oracle ERP system with other enterprise systems, applications, and technologies, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to EA best practices, standards, and protocols.
• Plan and execute data migration strategies, ensuring the accurate and secure transfer of data from legacy systems to the ERP system.
• Create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and standards related to Oracle ERP system architecture, configuration, and processes.
• Collaborate with Oracle ERP vendor and third-party consultants to implement ERP solution, ensuring effective vendor management and adherence to contractual agreements.

We are looking for candidate who have:

• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP Solution Architect or Oracle ERP Consultant, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
• Strong background in designing and implementing end-to-end Oracle ERP solutions, including system design, configuration, customization, and integration.
• High-level working knowledge for core Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes (e.g., Record to Report, Plan to Deliver, Order to Cash lifecycle etc.).
• Proficiency in system integration, data migration, and performance optimization in the context of Oracle ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

Desired qualifications include:

• Certifications such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion) Solution Architect or similar.
• Specific experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud platform and implementations.

Pay Transparency:

Salary range for candidates based in California: $155,838.02 -$233,757.04. Salary range for candidates based in Colorado or New York CIty and New York State: $145,643.01-$218,464.52. Salary ranges include base salary and annual incentive bonus if applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
