Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to calls from Czech-speaking customers needing roadside assistance.
  • Collect relevant information to assess the customer’s needs.
  • Collaborate with local service partners to provide timely solutions.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the assistance process.
  • Record all interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement of services.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech and English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable with technology and customer management systems.
  • Willing to relocate to Greece, with relocation support provided.
