Key Responsibilities
  • Answer roadside assistance requests from Czech-speaking customers with empathy and efficiency.
  • Assess each situation and gather necessary details to provide suitable support.
  • Coordinate with local service providers to ensure rapid assistance.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the assistance process, ensuring their peace of mind.
  • Document interactions and resolutions accurately in our system for continuous improvement.
  • Provide feedback to improve service quality based on customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
  • Capable of handling high-pressure situations and multitasking.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable using technology and customer support tools.
  • Ready to relocate to Greece, with relocation assistance provided.
