Description

monday.com is looking for a Brand Awareness Designer with outstanding conceptual and visual design skills as well as a strong understanding of brand marketing and campaigns across multiple channels. You will have full ownership to design strategic and creative campaigns with the cutting-edge UI of our monday.com brand.

You’ll join our Design dream team based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.


About The Role

  • Be an ambassador of the monday.com brand, creating and implementing our guidelines for each project
  • Innovate continually within the Brand Awareness Team to build and improve our out of home campaigns that attract existing and new customers
  • Review work with an objective, data-driven eye, and apply learnings to future work
  • Own strategic projects and lead from A-Z
  • Use strong communication skills to work within a dynamic and fast cross-functional team
  • Be a strategic partner, not just a do-er — working collaboratively with Marketing, R&D, PR, Video, Design, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of brand marketing experience and a deep understanding of all stages of the design process
  • Clear communication skills
  • A strong design portfolio consisting of branding projects and marketing assets, full campaigns, and strong graphic principles
  • Positive attitude and great personality with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team
  • Ability to adapt, switch gears, prioritize, and meet deadlines to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of written and spoken English
