Successful candidate will join our Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Voice Implementation team.  AT&T is in the process of helping FAA transform and modernize their voice services and this role will oversee and assist in implementation of these new services.

Candidate will conduct end to end program and project management activities for one or more initiatives that are company-wide, cross functional and/or strategic in nature for Fed Gov agencies.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

- Develops and manages complex technical project plans to completion within time and resource constraints.

- Analyzes proposed projects, develops detailed project plan schedules, and identifies and assembles a project team; performs scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, evaluation, and control of complex technical projects; establishes and manages critical contractual relationships with customers and/or external vendors.

- Leads the design, implementation, and production life cycle (e.g., business case analysis, feasibility analysis, and market research) of technical business initiatives; may lead and/or manage multiple interrelated projects or a family of strategic programs. This includes vendor management.

Job Contribution: Senior Network Project Mgmt. level technical professional. Subject matter expertise with Voice and Voice Transformation services combined with sound understanding of AT&T technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and Experience with wireline products and services is strongly desired to be able to manage the projects that support our core business. 
  • Expertise in voice services
  • Experience with AT&T internal processes and systems
  • Project management experience
  • B.S. Degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically requires 10+ years’ experience
  • Experience in Automation

Our Senior Network/Project Manager's earn between $120,000 - $130,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
