Our client works closely with leading protocols and foundations to incubate cutting-edge onchain applications. Their programs merge the intensity of hackathons, the structure of cohort-based learning, and the innovation of startup incubators. As a dynamic team of developers, educators, and community builders, they are on a mission to push the boundaries of what blockchain technology can achieve.

About the Client
Our client is a premier training platform for experienced blockchain developers. They collaborate with industry-leading protocols and foundations to foster novel onchain applications.

They design immersive learning programs to attract seasoned developers to work on emerging technology, bridging the excitement of hackathons, the rigor of cohort-based courses, and the curation of startup incubators to deliver groundbreaking onchain applications. Their team comprises experienced developers, educators, and community leaders.

Their first program, the Uniswap Hook Incubator, was funded by the Uniswap Foundation to bring in experienced DeFi developers to experiment on Uniswap v4. They are on track to receive over a thousand applications in their first year and will onboard hundreds of developers to work on Uniswap.

They have plans to launch programs with new partners in 2025.

The Role
The platform has expanded its services to partners, now helping protocols build self-paced courses, documentation, and live weekly events. They are seeking an instructor who excels at communicating complex concepts via text or video. This individual must uphold a high standard for content and instruction.

While certain projects may demand specific expertise with particular technologies (e.g., Uniswap v4/hooks), the client welcomes candidates who can learn quickly and effectively enough to teach. As the face of the platform, the instructor will play a key role in shaping how developers engage with the platform. While most delivery will be remote, the instructor will also participate in organizing events at major crypto conferences.

Responsibilities

• Create written technical content: tutorials, exercises, comprehension checks
• Develop video-based technical curriculum: concepts, code walkthroughs
• Offer async (forum) & live support (office hours)
• Facilitate live technical events: guest AMAs, demos
• Lead live educational workshops: slides, presentations, delivery

Requirements

• Professional polish: You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Crypto experience: You have previous experience with developer relationships and/or community building within the crypto space.
