We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager & Data Management Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of various Gersh initiatives, ensuring data integrity across all teams, and developing school policies based on comprehensive research into governing agencies within the same region as the school, including analyzing their regulations, best practices, and policy outcomes to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

Primary Job Functions:

Project Management:

Lead and manage Gersh initiatives such as school openings, system enhancements, and process improvements.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

Data Management:

Support the lead data analyst in preparing and delivering weekly and monthly reports.
Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all platforms, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
Implement data management best practices and contribute to the development of data governance policies.

Regulatory Compliance

Conduct thorough research on local, state, and federal regulations affecting private schools.
Assist in the development of policy recommendations based on research findings.
Stay updated on changes in regulations and emerging trends in the education sector.
Present research findings in meetings and contribute to discussions on regulatory impacts.

Requirements

5+ years’ experience working as a data analyst

5+ years' experience with CRM management (Salesforce, HRIS, or SIS)

Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills

Action-oriented, and is self-sufficient in finding answers

Team player who understands they may be asked to pinch-hit on projects outside their day to day job responsibilities

Extremely proficient in Excel
