Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Global CRM Email Marketing Manager to lead our CRM Email strategy and execution. This individual will be responsible for driving brand engagement and top-line sales through our CRM Email channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer behavior, data analytics, and email marketing best practices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM Email strategy aligned with overall business and channel objectives.
  • Take full end-to-end responsibility to plan and develop Direct-to-Consumer CRM programs to drive consumer loyalty, engagement, purchase, and repurchase.
  • Deliver top-line sales targets for the channel.
  • Drive customer retention and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Analyze and report on program, campaign, and testing results to determine ROI and optimize performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Own the CRM Email marketing calendar, ensuring timely and impactful campaigns. Develop content and messaging strategies that drive consumer engagement, loyalty, and purchase through increased conversion.
  • Manage CRM Email campaign performance, including A/B testing and optimization.
  • Work within the respective CRM platforms to create and launch campaigns on an ongoing basis. Build and send emails based on marketing calendar, targets and goals.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience segments.
  • Develop meaningful creative input through briefing documents, partnering with creative teams to develop assets to leverage in CRM communications.
  • Research and identify email best practices and relevant brand examples within the space for ongoing business growth.
  • Oversee list management, data hygiene, and compliance with email marketing regulations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Your Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to build and manage a high-performing CRM Email program
  • Detailed understanding of planning, developing, and launching broad CRM Email campaigns respective platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent understanding and heavy use of email marketing platforms and CRM technology, such as DotDigital or Klaviyo.
  • Strong Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Passion for the apparel and footwear industry.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in CRM Email marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the apparel or footwear industry preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms: GA4 and Elavar preferred.

Compensation: $70,000 - $95,000 DOE

Location & Territory: Remote
