GENERAL PURPOSE:

Many iconic signs, including the “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas'' sign were manufactured, installed, and/or leased by YESCO. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM YESCO:

• Starting salary of $60,000

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

As a YESCO Lease Agent, you will alongside the Real Estate manager and within a team. Each team member is assigned to a designated geography. With direction and guidance target markets will be established. Here the Lease Agent will research and become intimately familiar with the  city, county, and state codes. Once familiar a search will begin to look for property and land owners who meet this criteria. Along with new location prospecting, renewing existing leases and sourcing acquisitions is another avenue for growth.

TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Real Estate knowledge and experience is preferred but not required
• High school diploma
• Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone, and in writing
• Knowledge of contractual business 
• Ability to operate computer and telephone
• Excellent communication skills
