Application Delivery Manager

The Opportunity:

That is why we need you, an experienced Application Delivery Manager who can provide high-quality support.

As part of our team, you'll serve as a strategic technical consultant to the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), helping conceptualize, create, and execute advanced government-funded research and development programs to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone. You’ll work with world-class scientists and engineers to support the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems. You’ll leverage technical expertise to provide strategic assessments of new technologies in support of senior ARPA-H decision makers. You’ll maintain responsibility for producing and presenting findings and recommendations to a team of colleagues and clients on the feasibility and potential impact of future research programs, assist with the management of current programs, and facilitate commercialization of successfully developed technologies. 

You'll serve as Application Delivery Manager helping clients to evaluate and manage technology solutions to enable the mission's success.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Act as the single threaded owner for the implementation of ARPA-H's Acquisition Life Cycle Management System and other strategic enterprise applications.

  • Coordinate activities needed for the successful implementation of strategic initiatives, including requirements gathering, RFP development, proposal and architecture reviews, project and resource planning, delivery, and commissioning to production.

You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience encompassing process excellence, software development, application architecture, and delivery of enterprise applications

  • 15+ years of experience delivering technology solutions supporting integrated business processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Financial Management, and Business Intelligence

  • Experience leading complex information technology initiatives requiring collaboration from multiple stakeholders, including business users, technology partners, consultants, and technology staff

  • Experience interacting and communicating with senior-level executives, including SES or GS-15

  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced start-up environment

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
