Our work depends on 508 IT Quality Analyst joining our team to test for web pages and IT Systems to ensure governance compliance in support of the customer’s Zero Trust Mandate.

This is a remote position. However, candidates must be able to travel to customer location Maryland to obtain badging prior to starting.

How an this position will make an impact:

  • As part of a 508 Testing Team, conduct 508 testing and assessment for web pages and IT system using JAWS, Jaws Inspect and Common Look, and other tools, as applicable. 

  • Reviews and evaluates software products and systems to ensure adherence to company and customer 508 quality standards.

  • Develops software/systems testing procedures and conducts tests

  • Collaborates effectively with team members and application owners

  • Adheres to best practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) within applicable Service Level Agreements (SLA)

  • Able to work in a fast-paced DevOps environment

  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to align with 508 Program and operational needs.

  • ​Document test results where the team, application owners, and external vendors may use to remediate findings to ensure compliance.

  • Perform remediation of artifacts for all types of documents, including but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, Videos, Website, Webinars, and Online Learning Modules.



Required Skills:

  • At least 2 years of related experience working in a large scare enterprise organization
  • Experience using JAWS, or some other 508 Compliance Testing tool
  • Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and MS Teams
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust and sucessfully pass a thorough government background screening process (forms/fingerprinting).

Desired Skills:

  • 508 Compliance certification
  • Experience using JAWS to conduct 508 Compliance Testing
  • Experience in an Agile workplace using SCRUM and/or KanBan
  • Experience using JIRA, Trello, and ServiceNow
  • Automate 508 Compliance testing, where feasible

The likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
