Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing strategic pricing to our Sales and Client Success teams. This pivotal role is key in helping to enforce pricing strategy and support pricing initiatives across the organization. This role demands a blend of effective communication and analytical skills with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and provide pricing for Sales and Client Success team members utilizing internal pricing tools and models.
  • Collaborate across departments to help establish market prices for products and solutions to allow the organization to actualize profit, while staying competitive in the market.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to determine how to price products effectively.
  • Maintain data and develop and deliver complex reports throughout the organization for clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in implementing pricing strategies that optimize revenue and margin.
  • Monitor pricing performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Be a pricing thought leader working with other subject matter experts in the proposal process.
  • Maintain strong understanding of vendor utilization, costing, and internal processes that influence product fulfillment costs.
  • Identify and resolve pricing errors across organizational platforms.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field required.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a pricing role that includes quoting, maintaining data accuracy and integrity, and margin analysis required.
  • Background Industry experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary to compare revenue, cost, and margins amongst clients and across several product lines and divisions.
  • Strong Excel skills, as the ability to manipulate and analyze data is critical.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced deadline driven atmosphere.
  • Excellent communication skills required, as this role will interact with team members at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail while remaining accurate is crucial in the analysis of large collections of data.
  • Strong standards for data quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
