Associate's Degree in HR Management or related field, Bachelor's Degree preferred, 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, Experienced user of ATS and related systems, HRIS and/or Talent Acquisition systems administration preferred.

- Drive process improvements across the organization
- Manage training materials and deliverables
- Support initiatives related to Talent Acquisition technology updates
