We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Director, People Business Partner to join our organization and support our Sales and Marketing organizations. As the Director, People Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the people strategy and aligning it with our larger business transformation objectives. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure the successful execution of our go to market efforts while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Be deeply integrated within the organization, have an in-depth understanding of all go to market operations by participating in executives' team meetings and other business leadership meetings
  • Provide ongoing, proactive, and intentional development of strategic BP skills, with an emphasis on business acuity, networking & relationship building, strategic mentality, proactive consultative approach, data driven decision making and change & project management.
  • Work with senior leaders to achieve business results through people strategies
  • Act as a mentor to other Business Partners and Generalists
  • Partner with People team centers of excellence to support initiatives such as engagement, compensation, leadership development, talent management, etc.
  • Use data points for senior leaders to support business decisions and observe the impact of People team programs
  • Support compensation decisions related to adjustments, promotions, bonus and merit increases, and overall job architecture
  • Provide mentorship for senior leaders and/or coordinate with external executive coaches
  • Responsibility for implementing sophisticated cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Partners with other support functions (FP&A, Decision Support, Operations, HRIS, Generalists, Talent Partners, Finance, Legal) aligned to your business to provide remarkable service
  • Consistently models and cultivates HealthEquity values and culture by supporting company-wide programs.

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of Human Resources experience, including experience supporting executives and senior leaders.
  • Certification in HR or advance degree is preferred
  • Experience leading people is preferred
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects of moderate complexity is required
  • Experience implementing and supporting sales incentive plans
  • Knowledge and experience in the following areas is required; business acuity, relationship building, strategic HR, data analysis, organizational change
  • Ability to take a proactive consultative approach with leaders at all levels, identifying appropriate People team solutions as needs arise
  • Solid understanding of key HR practice areas such as compensation, talent management, learning and development, etc.
  • Ability to deliver remarkable service in difficult and ambiguous circumstances
  • Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and deliver in a moderate to high stress environment with competing priorities.
  • Prior acquisition and integration experience are desired

Salary Range: $133000.00 To $185000.00 / year Benefits & Perks:

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for performance-based incentives and restricted stock units as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range in addition to a full range of benefits including:
