For our entity, EPSA Belgium, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative (M/F/X) to work alongside Business Development Managers, focusing on acquiring new clients.

Job Description
  • Utilizing our CRM system, you will identify and qualify target companies based on their activity, collective agreements, geographical zones, etc.;
  • You will conduct phone-based prospecting and arrange meetings with high-level B2B stakeholders such as CEOs, HR Directors, and CFOs;
  • You will also manage follow-up calls to foster business relationships.

Qualifications
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree with a focus on sales or possess equivalent experience;
  • You have a proven track record in securing appointments via phone and/or selling high-value B2B services to decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, HR Directors, etc.);
  • You are proficient in both French and Dutch.
