Responsibilities

Provide support to Polish-speaking clients regarding airline loyalty programs, including memberships, rewards, and redemption opportunities.
Assist clients with queries related to flight bookings, upgrading services, and managing their loyalty accounts.
Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues by providing timely and efficient solutions.
Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and assist in program promotion initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with airline loyalty programs, changes in policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance overall client satisfaction and program engagement.

Requirements

Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) is essential.
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or airline industry, is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Knowledge of airline loyalty programs and their benefits is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients professionally.
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a close-knit team.
Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM tools is a plus.
Flexibility to work hours that cater to client needs, including weekends if required.
