Responsibilities

Assist Polish-speaking clients with inquiries related to luxury cruise lines, including bookings and itinerary planning.
Provide expert advice on cruise options, onboard amenities, and destination highlights.
Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
Handle client concerns and resolve any travel-related issues efficiently and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and bookings.
Stay informed about industry trends, luxury cruise offerings, and new destinations.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and promote luxury cruise travel.

Requirements

Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) is required.
Experience in customer service or travel support, particularly in the luxury sector, is advantageous.
Strong communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Knowledge of luxury cruises and understanding of travel industry trends is a plus.
Able to work well both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Familiarity with travel booking systems and online platforms is beneficial.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as necessary.
