Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Polish Speaking Support Specialist for Event Management in Greece! If you’re passionate about coordinating events and providing excellent customer service, this role is ideal for you.

As a Support Specialist, you will assist Polish-speaking clients with their event planning needs, ensuring that their experiences are seamless and enjoyable. Your communication skills and attention to detail will be vital as you guide clients through the various stages of event management, addressing any questions or concerns they might have.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking clients planning events, handling inquiries through phone, email, and chat support.
  • Assist clients with event logistics, including venue selection, catering options, and scheduling.
  • Provide timely updates and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction throughout the event planning process.
  • Document client interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with the event management team to recommend solutions and tailor services to meet client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably in event management or hospitality.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and time management.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients.
  • Problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with event management software is an added advantage.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and adapting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if necessary.
  • Ability to relocate to Greece for this role.
