Key Responsibilities

As a Mortgage Servicing Specialist III, you will be instrumental in addressing customer inquiries related to their mortgage accounts and servicing requirements. Your core duties will encompass managing early-stage collection calls (accounts less than 120 days past due) within a blended auto-dialer setting, guaranteeing that every interaction is executed with professionalism and a personable touch.

  • Oversee a range of mortgage collection inquiries, which include processing payments, setting up repayment arrangements, and negotiating solutions for delinquencies.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively resolving inquiries and complaints through proficient communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor delinquent accounts and initiate collection protocols by notifying account holders and cosigners of their delinquency.
  • Excel in a fast-paced, structured environment while adhering to key performance criteria that emphasize quality and productivity.
  • Advocate for products and services while concentrating on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet individual, team, and departmental goals aligned with service level agreements and client satisfaction.
  • Execute additional tasks and projects as delegated by your supervisor or manager.
  • Evaluate risks associated with business decisions, ensuring conformance with applicable laws and regulations while safeguarding the organization's integrity.
