  • Develop visual aids (such as charts, tables, and infographics) to enhance written content while preserving brand integrity.
  • Edit and proofread written materials for precision and professionalism, adhering to established quality standards.
  • Produce engaging written materials such as case studies, presentations, and blog articles that align with our brand voice.
  • Construct visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey core messages and support marketing strategies.
  • Organize and maintain a repository of standard RFP/RFI responses and case studies, ensuring they reflect current company offerings.
  • Format and finalize various marketing documents, including client presentations and promotional materials, ensuring stylistic consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage numerous projects and deadlines, guaranteeing timely delivery of content for various submissions and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, proposal writing, or communications, preferably within a corporate or real estate setting.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a solid grasp of English grammar and composition styles.
  • Proven proficiency in producing high-caliber written materials, including RFP/RFI responses and marketing content; a portfolio showcasing relevant work is essential.

  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Word).
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate content.
  • A proactive self-starter, capable of taking initiative and working independently without constant supervision.
