Key Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of cases including, but not limited to, professional liability, coverage, cyber risks, general liability, first-party property, and construction.
• Draft essential litigation documents such as pleadings, written discovery, and motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions, and maintain communication with clients and insurance carriers.
• Collaborate with partners and team members to ensure effective case management.
  
  

Required Skills

• Active license to practice law in New York; dual licensure in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey is advantageous.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy capabilities.
• Outstanding multitasking skills to handle multiple deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Proven experience in analyzing complex legal issues while delivering high-quality work.
• Proactive mindset with a readiness to take ownership of projects.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in drafting pleadings, written discovery, motions, and other related documents.
