Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize work instructions to boost efficiency and elevate product quality.
• Develop and document manufacturing processes that align with both customer specifications and internal standards.
• Provide support to production operations by designing and assembling essential tools, such as injection molding tools and production assembly fixtures.
• Analyze equipment failures, troubleshoot operational challenges, and propose effective solutions to enhance performance.
• Construct initial product prototypes, meticulously documenting each phase of the assembly process using hand tools.
• Work closely with production technicians to tackle challenges, improving both documentation practices and overall productivity.
• Exhibit the ability to independently navigate tasks, resolve problems, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a closely related discipline (relevant experience may be considered).
• 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally within an ISO9000/AS9100 framework.
• Proficiency in design techniques and tools, with a strong background in generating precision drawings and models.
• Experience with 3D printing, resin printing, and both production and engineering assembly documentation.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Pro-Engineer software, including Wildfire and Creo.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, demonstrating effectiveness in a cross-functional team setting.
• U.S. Citizenship is required, along with the capability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance.
