Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diverse financial analyses, focusing on key areas such as sales, pricing, margins, productivity, EBIT, and cash flow.
• Generate and distribute financial reports, while organizing data and utilizing critical metrics for various analytical assessments.
• Assist in the weekly flash reporting, monthly forecasting processes, and the formulation of annual and long-term strategic plans.
• Support the month-end closing activities, ensuring any discrepancies are addressed for precise financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, revenue, and margins to identify trends and facilitate company reporting.
• Collaborate closely with teams across commercial, logistics, and supply chain domains to ensure alignment of financial data and effective decision-making.
• Provide ad-hoc assistance to various finance functions, including accounting, controllership, and treasury.
• Innovate and enhance analytical tools and processes to foster improved business analysis and decision support.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 3-5 years of finance experience, with a preference for a background in FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with large ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills, with the capability to interpret and present complex financial data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, along with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is essential.
• Relevant experience of 3-5 years in a finance role, ideally centered on FP&A.
