Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Logistics / Supply Chain Engineer II to join our innovative team. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our logistics operations and ensuring that our supply chain processes are both efficient and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize the logistics network by analyzing facility placement, staffing requirements, and load planning.
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using PowerBI/Snowflake to monitor and analyze critical performance indicators.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of supply chain modeling and routing technologies.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
  • Advise on the development of analytics frameworks and reporting systems across the organization.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and/or supply chain engineering and analysis.
  • Proficiency with Transportation Design Tools (e.g., Mercury Gate/Cheetah) and Supply Chain Design Tools (e.g., OptiLogic - Cosmic Frog/Llamasoft).
  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (e.g., TMW Systems, Mapping Software).
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective interaction with diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and provide structure to unorganized requests.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and efficiency optimization.

  • A proven track record with 3+ years in logistics or supply chain engineering analysis.
  • Familiarity with key transportation and supply chain design tools.
