Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our innovative team on a remote basis. As a key player in our organization, you will be instrumental in facilitating the efficient flow of materials and supplies to support our cutting-edge research and development initiatives within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized support to research and development teams, offering training and guidance on shipping protocols.
  • Efficiently manage shipping requests, coordinating with logistics and trade compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Play a vital role in process enhancement by contributing to EHS prework, Desktop Shipping submissions, and supporting customs clearance activities.
  • Proactively monitor shipping requests to identify and resolve potential issues, escalating concerns as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
